I work at the intersection of VLSI design, computer architecture, and machine learning to co-design solutions across the computing stack with the goal of overcoming fundamental limitations we now face due to the end of Dennard Scaling. I am interested in developing specialized hardwares, algorithms, runtime systems, and scalable silicon systems for emerging applications, while tuning their designs and inter-dependencies to promote greater performance, efficiency, reliability, and TCO. Here are some highlights of my research work so far.
